What is Lumecca?

Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) treatment available for addressing pigmented and vascular lesions. Lumecca operates using photothermolysis, a process that delivers a comfortable light based treatment to target and improve a variety of skin concerns. The result is clearer, more even, and more radiant skin.

What Areas Can Be Treated?

Lumecca can be used on all areas of the body. The most commonly treated areas include the face, neck, decolletage, legs, hands, and arms. Additional areas are available upon request.

What to Expect as a New Patient

We require all new patients to complete a consultation prior to their first Lumecca treatment. This is a dedicated time for us to get to know you, review your medical history, assess your skin concerns, and determine whether Lumecca is the right treatment for you. There is no pressure and no rush. We want you to leave feeling heard, informed, and excited about your journey. In many cases, we are able to perform your treatment at the time of your consultation, so you may walk away with results on the very same day.

Meet Your Provider

Lumecca treatments at Lakeside Cosmetic Center are performed by Eleni Filios, PA-C, Physician Assistant. Eleni sees patients in clinic at Lakeside Cosmetic Center and also assists Dr. Obourn with cosmetic surgeries in the operating room. Her experience across both clinical and surgical settings gives her a unique and well-rounded perspective that she brings to each patient's care. You are in wonderfully skilled and caring hands.
