A consultation is the first step in beginning your experience at Lakeside Cosmetic Center, whether you are exploring a non-surgical treatment or considering a surgical procedure.

This personalized appointment includes a comprehensive medical health questionnaire, required office documentation, clinical photography, and dedicated time with one of our experienced providers to thoughtfully discuss your goals and desired outcomes.

During your consultation, a tailored treatment plan is developed with precision and care, designed to enhance your natural features while aligning with your aesthetic goals. Our priority is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and fully supported in your decision-making process.

Our Patient Care Coordinators are available to guide you through each step, including recommending the most appropriate provider and reviewing consultation details and associated fees.

Consultation Fees:​
Non-Surgical Consultation: $100
Surgical Consultation: $200
EmSculpt Neo Consultation: Complimentary

For your convenience, we are providing our registration forms for you to print out,
sign and bring with you to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:
We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or requests to change your appointment. No shows, late arrivals, and last minute cancellations prevent another patient from being cared for. Lakeside Cosmetic Center reserves the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 10 minutes.
If you fail to give 48 hours notice to reschedule, cancel, or “no-show” to your appointment, a $50 fee will be billed to your account. This fee must be paid prior to your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to best serve the needs of all of our patients.
Financial Policy:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, Cherry Financing Payment Plans, Care Credit, or Cash as methods of payment. Checks are accepted for surgical patients only.
There will be a $35 return check fee for all returned checks.
Payment is due in full at time of service for all non-surgical appointments and procedures. All treatment plan pricing will be reviewed prior to performing the procedures, to make sure you are comfortable with the cost. Fees for surgical costs are paid in full prior to surgery.
