To begin, please complete the Surgical Inquiry Form below. A member of our team will then reach out to you to schedule a complimentary discovery call with our Surgical Coordinator. During this call, we’ll discuss your areas of concern, answer questions, and review a general range of fees associated with your procedures of interest.

If you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a personal consultation with Dr. Obourn. The consultation fee is $200, which is due at the time of scheduling. During this visit, Dr. Obourn will perform a detailed evaluation and provide a personalized surgical plan and quote.
