At Lakeside Cosmetic Center, we are proud to offer a truly boutique surgical experience. From your very first consultation through your final follow-up appointment, Dr. Obourn is with you every step of the way. She performs all of her own surgeries, conducts her own post-operative appointments, and remains personally involved in every aspect of your care. We schedule a full hour for your in-person consultation so that you have the time and space to ask questions, feel heard, and leave with a clear and confident understanding of your personalized surgical plan.

To begin, please complete the Surgical Inquiry Form below. A member of our team will reach out to schedule a complimentary discovery call with Erin, our Surgical Coordinator. During this call, we will discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and review a general range of fees associated with the procedures you are interested in.

If you decide to move forward, we will schedule a personal consultation with Dr. Obourn. The consultation fee is $200, which is due at the time of scheduling. During this visit, Dr. Obourn will perform a detailed evaluation and provide a personalized surgical plan and quote.
