With over 25 years of experience in customer service and luxury retail management, Erin brings both expertise and warmth to her role as Practice Manager at Lakeside Cosmetic Center. She is passionate about all things aesthetics and skincare, but what drives her most is something simpler: doing right by people.

At LCC, Erin believes that trust is everything. That means being accessible to patients when they have questions, taking feedback seriously whether it is good or not so good, and making sure no call goes unanswered. It also means that when a provider makes a recommendation, patients can feel confident it is because that treatment or product genuinely aligns with their goals, not because there is a quota to hit. And yes, there have been times the team has looked a patient in the eye and said, "honestly, you don't need that." Because that kind of honesty is what creates relationships that last. Many of LCC's patients have been with the practice since the very beginning in 2018, and that means the world to the entire team.

Erin's mission is simple: make sure every patient feels heard, cared for, and excited about their experience, and make sure her team feels just as good about coming to work each day. When those two things are in place, everything else follows.

When she is not keeping things running smoothly at LCC, Erin can usually be found spending time with family and friends. She is always up for a good conversation, a great book, planning a fabulous event, or sneaking away on her next travel adventure. Erin is also deeply involved in her local community and believes in the power of kindness, connection, and a little humor to make every day better.
