Megan is the Patient Care Coordinator at Lakeside Cosmetic Center, where she helps create a positive and welcoming experience for every patient. With many years of customer service experience, she brings strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-focused approach to her role each day. In addition to patient care, she assists with the practice’s social media and marketing efforts, helping showcase the services, treatments, and patient-centered approach that define the practice.

Megan graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. She combines her passion for communication, aesthetics, and patient experience to make sure patients feel informed and cared for every step of the way. Megan plans to return to school to pursue a degree with a medical background and values the hands-on knowledge and experience she continues to gain while working alongside the team at Lakeside Cosmetic Center.

She was born and raised in Canandaigua, where she has since returned to raise her daughter close to family. She previously lived in Orlando, FL where she worked with the Walt Disney World Company, and met her partner. They enjoy spending time with their friends and family, traveling, trying new foods, and rooting for the Bills. Go Bills!
