After relocating to the Finger Lakes region five years ago, Sarah brought with her a passion for skin health and an even greater passion for helping people feel their best. She joined Lakeside Cosmetic Center in 2023 and quickly became an integral part of the team.

In the summer of 2025, Sarah was promoted to Lead Patient Care Coordinator, a role she has truly made her own. As a New York State Licensed Esthetician, she draws on that knowledge every day to help guide patients in making informed decisions about their care. She serves as a key touchpoint for scheduling and patient coordination, helps keep the team connected with enthusiasm, attends hands-on trainings, and assists Dr. Chelsea Obourn chairside during select procedures. Through it all, exceptional patient care remains at the heart of everything she does.

What drives Sarah most is the people. Whether she's guiding someone through their first consultation or celebrating a patient's milestone moment, those connections are what truly fill her cup. She approaches every interaction with warmth, intention, and genuine care, helping patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their experience at Lakeside.
